A culinary retreat in Somerset with chef Jeremy Lee

Join the acclaimed chef for a three-night gastronomic getaway in Somerset

If the 1990s were about Young British Artists, or YBAs, the decade was also about YBCs – Young British Chefs. Among the pack was Jeremy Lee, current head chef at Soho’s Quo Vadis, whose credentials include Bibendum, Frith Street Restaurant and The Blueprint Café at the Design Museum. From February 15 to 18, the chef will appear at Stirred Travel’s inaugural three-day gastronomic event in Somerset, which will offer 14 guests hands-on cooking masterclasses using locally sourced ingredients.

The event takes place at Bohème, a former 16th-century mill set in 100 acres of private land

Culinary vacation specialist Stirred Travel has collaborated with Unique Home Stays to create a long-weekend experience at the evocatively named Bohème, a former 16th-century mill-turned-luxury bolthole – where guests will enjoy wine tastings, leisurely lunches and dinners – set in 100 acres of private land with views spanning Exmoor National Park and the Quantock Hills.
