Three slope specialists will host An Essential Guide to the Ski Season, which is priced at £85 per person and includes a dinner with wine and coffee or tea. Chemmy Alcott, the champion British skier and a presenter on BBC’s Ski Sunday, will be joined by Rupert Longsdon of The Oxford Ski Company – who was part of the first expedition to reach the Antarctic Pole of Inaccessibility – and a representative from skiwear brand Perfect Moment for a night filled with cool kit, anecdotes and insider tips.

Guests will be welcomed with a martini, before being seated for a three-course dinner, which starts with a Caprese salad, followed by grilled Devonshire red chicken with wild mushrooms and truffle polenta accompanied by dishes of rosemary roast potatoes and broccoli with chilli and garlic. To finish is a classic tiramisu.
